The first step: dig a foundation pit
Width of foundation pit: 800mm, depth of foundation pit: 1500mm
Step 2: laying the bottom datum plane
Bricks shall be laid at the bottom of the foundation pit. Masonry layer thickness 200mm
Step 3: Laying drainage ditches (1)
Build drainage channels with bricks on pre-laid gravel. Width and height of drainage channel: 100mm

Step 4: Placing the lifting column
After the drainage channel is realized, place the lifting column in turn according to the plan, and adjust the horizontal angle to ensure that the lifting column is flush with the road surface.
Step 5: Repair the facility
After ensuring that the facility is flush with the ground, fill a small amount of cement to fix the facility.
Step 6: Facility Wiring
The TV line accepts RVV3 * 2.5 line, and the LED warning light accepts 4*1.5 line. After connecting the line, insert it into the PVC pipe and transfer it to the control box.
Step 7: Connection of the control box
According to the connection method of the control box shown in the figure, the motor wire is connected to the positive and negative wires of the motor and the positive and negative wires of the Volkswagen line LED light group.
Step 8: Debugging
After the control box is connected, perform a power-on test to ensure that the lifting is normal and the lifting direction is consistent with the remote control.
Step 9: backfill rammed earth
After the facilities are properly commissioned, fill in the sand and tamp it to 200mm above the ground.
Step 10: Paving
Make sure that the lifting column is parallel to the ground so that the cement can be poured on the compacted soil layer, flush with the ground, and restore the road surface.
