The first step: trenching, slotting
The foundation pit shall be excavated according to the overall dimensions of the product. The size of the foundation pit is as follows:
Length: The size is determined according to the road conditions on site;
Width: 800-1000mm
Depth: 1400-1500mm (including 300mm seepage layer)
The second step: natural seepage layer
First, spread the stones evenly into the excavated foundation pit (thickness 250mm) and then spread a layer of fine yellow sand (thickness 250mm) above the stones.
Step 3: Place the lifting column
Separate the inner cylinder from the outer cylinder of the column
Laying equipment installation horizontal line: along the vertical center of the foundation trench [trench length direction], draw a straight line between the two ends and the ground level, and horizontally [trench width direction] draw a line between the center of each equipment installation position and the ground level to form a cross positioning line for equipment installation. It is required that both ends of each line are fixed and tightened with steel nails without displacement.
According to the height of the equipment embedded barrel, backfill or clean up the fine sand at the bottom of the foundation tank, so that the height of each equipment embedded barrel above the foundation tank is consistent.
The fourth step: laying threading pipe and threading
Insert one end of a PVC 5.0cm elbow into the embedded barrel tube and hold it tightly with waterproof tape, with an insertion depth of about 30mm, and the other end into the equipment control box, one for each embedded barrel. When laying the threading pipe, it is required to ensure the smooth threading and the smooth replacement of the cable when there is a fault.
Thearing and grounding link: each barricade equipment shall be provided with one cable (RVV7*2.5 cable for barricade equipment with light; RVV5 * 2.5 cable without light) to the control system. Each cable runs a threading pipe separately, and no cable is required to run through the embedded barrel, lead out from the embedded barrel to the top of the embedded barrel, and be 1.3 meters higher than the top of the embedded barrel, lead out and reserve 0.7 meters from the control box, and use a BVR2.4m2 for grounding wire.
The fifth step: welding embedded barrel reinforcement
Welding process flow of steel bar: after the cable is laid, the intersection line between the embedded barrel and the upper part of the foundation trench shall be confirmed again, and welding shall be started after the height, vertical and concentric level.
The first layer; With the embedded barrel as the center, the steel bar is welded into a well-shaped fixing frame. The welding is firm and a total of three layers are welded. Both ends of the steel bar are required to be inserted into the soil on the four walls of the foundation ditch. The first layer is 30cm away from the bottom of the embedded barrel. After welding, the embedded barrel is corrected again. It is determined that the second layer is ready to be welded. Otherwise, the embedded barrel cannot be corrected.
The second layer is the same as the first layer, which is welded to the middle part of the pre-buried barrel, and the third time is 20cm away from the upper part of the pre-buried barrel.
The sixth step: wiring part of the process
1. Reserved line for power unit of road pile equipment: the motor of road pile power unit is a three-core cable with blue line in turn. Brown wire, flower wire and solenoid valve are two black wires, one two-core spiral lamp wire with warning light, a total of seven wires, and a total of five wires without warning light. Wiring starts after the welding of the embedded barrel fixed steel bar is completed.
2. Wiring process: Place the hydraulic integrated machine of the power unit on the ground on one side of the foundation ditch of the embedded barrel, and connect the seven-core cable led out from the top of the embedded barrel to the motor line, battery valve line and warning light line of the power unit respectively. Accurately remember the wire number or color of the seven-core cable, and the wire number color corresponding to the motor, battery valve and warning light on the equipment, so as not to connect the wrong wire to the control box.
3. Equipment wiring instructions: 3 lines of motor lines on the road pile are common to the blue motor, the brown motor and the scribing motor, and cannot be connected to the terminals corresponding to the control box. Two separate black wires of the battery valve are connected to the common corresponding terminals of the battery valve and the battery valve of the control box, regardless of positive and negative poles. One two-core line of the warning light line is connected to the common terminal of the warning light and the warning light of the control box, regardless of positive and negative poles.
4. Wiring standard: After the wire ends are connected, they are required to be welded with solder. First, they are wrapped with plastic tape, then two layers are wrapped with high-voltage waterproof tape, then they are wrapped with plastic tape, and finally wrapped with electrical asphalt tape for a total of four times. After the wire ends are connected, the wires at the terminal are arranged and standardized and fixed under the power unit to prevent external forces from breaking the wiring. After finishing, connect the two wires connected to the warning light on the power unit, and measure the other end of the cable with a multimeter. The three wire motors are connected and the two wire battery valves are connected. The two lamp wires are connected, and the motor, battery valve and electric wires cannot be connected. After confirmation, put the power unit into the embedded barrel. Aim the fixing bolt under the embedded barrel, turn the button of the hydraulic power unit clockwise, and use wooden sticks to connect the remaining cables to the bottom of the hydraulic power unit in a standardized way to avoid whether the lifting column drops against the electric wires. Each pile is connected to the corresponding terminal row in the control box, refer to the wiring diagram of the control box.
Step 7: Backfill
Make sure that the steel bar of the embedded barrel is firmly welded, connect the grounding wire, backfill the residual soil 20cm for compaction first, prevent the concrete from penetrating into the underground seepage layer, and pour the concrete at a pouring height of 10cm below the road surface. The reserved space is used to restore the original road surface and other road surface design schemes.
Step 8: Debugging
According to the disassembly sequence and steps of the road pile equipment, re-install the equipment in place in turn, tighten the fixing screws of each link, and debug the three slideway rods after the equipment is assembled to ensure that the gap between the column body and the ground cover plate is uniform, and the lifting is smooth and there is no jam.
Step 9: Road recovery and site cleaning
When the original pavement is restored, it is necessary to ensure that the ground and the bottom of the upper panel of the equipment are level. After the pavement is restored, fences and other signs shall be set up. Only after the pavement and underground concrete are strong can they be used.
