Lifting column installation method

Step 2: Excavate the foundation, the size is as shown in the figure parameter lifting column quantity;
Step 3: Embed the PVC pipe to the sewer and pour the concrete. The schematic diagram is as follows;
Step 4: After the bottom concrete is dry, put it into the foundation box, arrange the "wire" PVC pipe and connect it with the control cabinet;
Step 5: pour concrete around the outside of the foundation box. After the concrete is dry, thread the wires and make signs at both ends of the wires to prevent the wrong connection of the wires;
Step 6: Hoist the lifting column movement, and pay attention to the position of the lifting column wire connector on the same side as the PVC pipe.
Step 7: Install the lifting column control cabinet, connect the lifting column control cabinet line, and test the machine, refer to the controller manual. Note: PVC pipe must be connected to the municipal sewer, such as the drain pipe can not pass through the sewer, the user in the installation of the lifting column, should be dug beside the drainage well, to ensure that the drainage well at least 5L/min.
Lifting column installation note:
1. Users should regularly clean up the sediment in the lifting column drainage well to prevent the pump from being blocked and buried by sediment.
2. The gap between the lifting column panel and the road surface is about 1~2mm to facilitate future maintenance or overhaul.
