The hydraulic automatic lifting column is a miniature hydraulic system built into the lifting column body. The system uses a small high-torque motor to connect with the gear pump and the oil tank through a connecting block of an integrated valve, and then assemble with an integrated hydraulic cylinder to form a complete miniature Hydraulic system. The complete conversion process of electrical energy-mechanical energy-hydraulic energy-mechanical energy is completed, and the micro-electromechanical and hydraulic integrated system is truly realized. Then the hydraulic system is installed in the lifting column body through structural components, so that each lifting column is an independent unit.

hydraulic lifting column installation programme:
The construction sequence of hydraulic lifting column civil engineering: pavement excavation → lifting column fixation → wiring → concrete backfilling → pavement restoration. The construction requirements are as follows: the excavation and cutting line of the road surface must be level → the lifting column must be welded with angle iron for reinforcement during installation → the backfill concrete grade is above C25 → the road surface is restored to the same as before excavation.

① First of all, it is necessary to determine the location of the excavated road surface for installing the hydraulic lifting column to ensure that there are no cables, natural gas and other pipelines below the excavated ground.
② Road excavation: the length shall be determined according to the road conditions on site; width: 800mm; depth: 1300mm-1400mm ditch (including seepage layer).
③ Spread seepage layer: a seepage layer shall be made at the bottom of the ditch where the hydraulic lifting column is installed. After mixing sand and gravel, a 200-300mm seepage layer shall be made up from the bottom of the foundation pit. The seepage layer shall be paved and compacted to prevent the equipment from sinking.
④ Fixed lifting column: after the seepage layer is paved, put the hydraulic lifting column. The lifting column is fixed with angle iron to prevent the column from tilting and shifting during backfilling. After the hydraulic lifting column is positioned, it can be wired and debugged, and finally backfilled with commercial concrete. (If the conditions are available, gravel below 10mm can be selected instead of sand.) According to the different circumstances of the region to choose whether to do drainage.
⑤ Wiring debugging: Before backfilling concrete of hydraulic lifting column, it is necessary to reserve conduit. Each lifting column is connected with a cable of RVV1.5 * 3 and RVV1.0 * 4 to the control box of hydraulic lifting column. It is recommended to use 25 or 30 pipes for cable conduit to connect the circuit to the equipment, carry out lifting and lowering operations, observe the lifting and lowering of the equipment, adjust the lifting height of the equipment, and check whether the equipment has oil leakage.
