1. Safety protection
The hydraulic lifting column surrounds and isolates the construction area with fences and other facilities, and prevents warning signs in front of the intersection to prevent pedestrians and vehicles from entering the construction area. Ensure construction safety.
2. Foundation excavation
Use road cutting machine and electric hammer to destroy the original road surface within the scope of slotting (if the original road surface is floor tiles or stone steps, try not to destroy the original materials to dig out the whole), and use pneumatic pick and shovel to excavate below the ground to a depth of meters. A water storage well with a length of 1 meter and a width of 1 meter is excavated next to the foundation, and the depth is 2 meters.
3. Basic production
According to the requirements of the drawings, the foundation pit is excavated, the bottom is tamped, and then the concrete is paved, and the drainage layer is made at the height of the ground after paving. And masonry collection wells are used to concentrate rainwater to ensure that the equipment is not invaded by water, and to ensure the service life and aesthetics of the hydraulic lifting column equipment.
4. Installation of lifting column
After the foundation is made according to the requirements of the drawings, the handling equipment is installed on the made foundation, and the drainage hole at the bottom of the hydraulic lifting column is aligned with the reserved three-way joint to ensure good drainage performance. Leveling the lifting column with the help of pull wire, horizontal pipe, level ruler and other tools to ensure that the top surface of the lifting column is flush with the ground and the height of all lifting columns is consistent. When the ground is not level, please ensure that it is level, and do gentle slope treatment between the top surface of the lifting column and the ground.
5. Electrical Wiring
From each hydraulic lifting column to the installation position of the control cabinet, lay a PVC32 pipe (1 RVV7 *), and wire the lifting column end. The distance between the top surface of PVC pipe and the surface shall not be less than 30com. When the passage often passes through large vehicles, the threading pipe can be laid with galvanized steel.
6. Steel bar welding
Steel bar welding link: it is necessary to reconfirm that the embedded barrel is perpendicular to the road surface and is evenly divided. after the top of the embedded barrel is horizontal to the road surface, the top of the embedded barrel is welded into a three-layer construction frame with steel bars. the first layer is 30cm from the bottom, the second layer is the center of the barrel, and the third layer is 20cm from the upper part of the embedded barrel.
7. Concrete backfilling
After the lifting column is installed and fixed, the concrete of not lower than C25 grade shall be used for backfilling according to the requirements. During the process, the vibrating rod shall be used for tamping and vibrating.
8. Wiring of control box
The control cabinet and lifting column shall be wired according to the instructions.
9. Pavement restoration treatment
Restore with original pavement materials, etc. Can also use concrete pouring to the ground, can be treated.
