stop column installation method:
Install the main frame. Remove the four outer brake rails from the left and right brake rail assemblies, and take out the spring seat plate and friction block.
Place the two spring seats in the plane direction on the basic rail rail surface below the predetermined left and right brake rail pressure bolts respectively, and the convex surfaces of the two spring plates are stacked upward in the upper groove. The friction pad is placed on the basic rail track surface predetermined as the position of the rear support. The brake rail assembly with the outer rail removed shall be separated from the front and rear positions (the end with the pressure bolt on the support is the front), and the assembly shall be installed from the inner side of the basic rail.
Install the damper, remove the brake rail assembly of the damper, and take out the spring seat and the spring plate. Place the spring plate on the basic rail at the rear of the main frame, place the spring plate upward on the convex surface, place the brake rail on the spring seat, clamp the basic rail with two brake rails, and take bolts.
