1, the first need to be clear is the construction drawings, planning the specific installation location and distance of the lifting column, through reasonable measurement, to avoid the occurrence of construction factors, making the installation of lifting column problems.
2. For the excavation of the foundation pit, the original road surface within the slotting range of the excavator shall be used to excavate the road surface according to the size and height of the purchased lifting column (it is clear that the manufacturer or some manufacturers have civil engineering packages before construction).
3. The installation of the waterproof layer needs to pad 300mm crushed stone at the bottom of the foundation pit as a water-permeable layer for drainage and repeated compaction, so as to avoid the failure to work normally due to the drainage problems of the equipment, and a large number of problems in subsequent maintenance.
4. The placement of the equipment, place the equipment on the seepage layer of the foundation pit dug in advance, so that the center of the column is on the horizontal line, and remember that the surroundings are horizontal. Leveling can be done with a level or infrared level. The upper surface of the outer cylinder is usually 3-5mm higher than the ground level, and 150-200mm deep gravel is backfilled.
5. Link the pipeline line, connect each lifting column in series with each other, and tie the wire tube with iron wire or transparent tape to play the role of fixing the wire tube, so as to prevent the wire tube from cracking when backfilling concrete and prevent concrete pouring.
6. Debugging of the equipment before pouring, connect the circuit to the equipment, and perform the operation and debugging of rising and falling. Observe the lifting of the equipment, adjust the lifting height of the equipment, check whether the equipment leaks oil, whether the operation is normal, and whether the lifting of each column is synchronized and other related issues to avoid rework after pouring.
7. After the commissioning is correct, carry out concrete pouring. Before pouring, protect the equipment in advance to prevent concrete from entering the equipment. Vibrate the concrete with a vibrator to reduce cracks. After 3-5 hours, finish the surface. The surface should be smooth and bright. During the pouring process, if the equipment position changes, it should be stopped in time. After adjustment, the construction should continue to complete the second pouring. After 24 hours of the second pouring, it can be debugged, but it cannot be opened to traffic.
8. The maintenance of the road surface is delivered for use. After the installation is completed, it can guide relevant personnel to operate and use, emergency use and other related issues, so as to avoid operational errors leading to equipment operation failures.
