Make 250mm thick concrete sand base under the foundation pit to prevent equipment from sinking.
4. For drainage, the product is placed in the foundation pit. After the accurate position is determined, the drainage outlet of the product is first connected to the PVC drainage pipe with φ 50 tee, and then the PVC water pipe is connected through to the accumulation pool (to be built separately) or sewer. If you are only making a permeable layer, ignore this step.
5. For wiring, PVC threading pipe shall be embedded according to the position of outlet hole reserved on the surface of outer barrel. The diameter of the threading pipe is determined according to the number of lifting columns. Each column can be independently used with a tube, or all columns can share a larger conduit. In general, the specifications of the cables required for each lifting column are 2.5 square three-core wires for motors, 0.75 square two-core wires for LED lamps/solenoid valves * 2, with a total of seven-core wires and 3.5 square two-core wires for the main power cord of the control box. The specific use should also be determined before construction according to the needs of the use site and the difference of power distribution.
6. Power on to test whether the lifting column is running normally. If the equipment is normal, backfill a proper amount of sand and stones to fix the equipment to ensure horizontal symmetry. Then pour slowly and evenly with C25 or above concrete until it is level with the upper surface of the equipment.
