The stability of the voltage should be maintained, and it is recommended to install a voltage stabilizer. When the working voltage of the compressor is less than 220V, it is easy to cause excessive current. At this time, the equipment protector will automatically disconnect the circuit and stop working. At this time, it is necessary to manually press the overload button on the protector to restart the equipment.
If it is not used for a long time, it should be guaranteed to lift several times a day. Through the airflow, the lubricating oil of the oil pot can enter the lifting column for lubrication and prolong the service life of the lifting column. Check the oil pot every three months. When the oil in the oil pot is almost exhausted, add ISOVG32 oil or equivalent oil.
Blowdown operation: drain water regularly according to the frequency of use and the humidity of the field air, once a week is recommended; under normal circumstances, use 1(10) to discharge sewage. Under the condition of sufficient air pressure in the air storage tank, open the blowdown valve in parallel with the blowdown outlet to carry out blowdown, and close the blowdown valve after discharge.
Note: The temperature of the compressor on the air pump is high after working for a period of time, so please do not touch it directly. Especially when it is necessary to press the emergency release valve on the back of the air pump, pay attention not to touch the surface of the compressor directly, otherwise it is easy to cause skin burning.
