1. Prevent poor lubrication
Because the fitting gap of the parts newly installed on the lifting barrier machine is relatively small, and due to assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the fitting gap. Lubricating oil (grease) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface to prevent wear.
As a result, the lubricating performance is reduced, and abnormal wear of the component occurs at an early stage. In severe cases, a precise fit or snap of the friction surface will occur, and failure will occur.
2. Pay attention to the fast wear speed
Due to the influence of factors such as processing, assembly and adjustment of the components of the lifting barrier machine, your friction surface is very high, the contact area with the fitted surface is pasted, and the surface support surface is uneven. During operation, the concave and convex parts of the part surface are mixed with each other, and the remaining metal fragments and frosted parts continue to participate in friction, thereby accelerating the wear of the part adjustment surface.
As a result, wear of components (especially adjustment surfaces) may cause wear during cooling at an increased rate. In this case, if the elevator is overloaded, it may cause component failure and early failure.
3. Reduce leakage
Due to loose parts, vibration and heating, the sealing surface of the lifting barrier machine and the pipe joint will leak. It is difficult to find defects such as casting and processing during assembly and debugging. However, due to vibration and impact during operation, the defects are exposed. For oil (water) leakage. Therefore, leakage is easy during operation.
4. Avoid loosening
The new processing and assembly parts have deviations in geometric shape and matching dimensions. In the early stage of use, they are affected by alternating loads such as impact, vibration, and heat, deformation and other factors. Due to excessive wear and other reasons, the original fastening parts are easy to loosen.
5, put an end to the operation error
