First of all, the column failure will produce noise
1. There are many rollers on the column of the lifting column. The rollers roll up and down along the track during ascent and descent. The roller is inevitably subject to wear or deformation, or the surface smoothness is poor, resulting in noise or lifting column swing when the roller moves.
There are several reasons for this failure: the drum processing accuracy is not enough, the surface smoothness is poor; the roller does not undergo heat treatment, the hardness is not enough; the track surface is rough, the smoothness is poor, and the roller wear is intensified. In this case, the qualified roller should be replaced. If the track surface is rough, the track surface shall be treated.
2. Untimely maintenance: Due to the lack of lubricating oil for a long time, the rollers and bearings are damaged, resulting in vibration or noise when the rollers move. The processing method is very simple, just replace the rollers and bearings.
3. The shaft or shaft connected to the arm or pillar of the lifting column is caused by the lack of lubricating oil for a long time, which causes the noise of the column to increase and decrease. In this case, lubricating oil may be added. To function, check each bushing or shaft for wear. If the wear is severe, the bushing or shaft needs to be replaced.
4. If the lifting height of the fixed lifting column is relatively low, if there is a guide rail as an auxiliary guide rail, if the bearing of the guide wheel or the side wheel is damaged, the friction between the guide wheel and the guide rail will be large. A harsh noise is also generated during the lifting process. If this happens, you can replace the heavily worn guide wheels and bearings. When the hydraulic system of the lifting column fails, the lifting column will also produce a lot of noise when it is running.

Secondly, the hydraulic system failure will lift the column noise
1. After the hydraulic system is repaired, the lifting column has problems with the hydraulic pump, motor, valve and hydraulic device.
2. The hydraulic cylinder produces noise. When replacing the hydraulic oil, there is air in the hydraulic cylinder due to operation error. Under the action of high pressure, it is easy to produce cavitation and high frequency noise. The piston rod is bent or replaced with a new seal. If it is too tight, it will produce a lot of noise. If it is a tight seal, the noise will become smaller after wearing it for a period of time. If the piston rod is bent, correction is required. In addition, hydraulic pipes should be used as much as possible with hoses, even if arranged. The pipeline can reduce vibration and noise, and the pipeline should avoid dead bends.
3. The hydraulic pump produces noise. When the hydraulic lift rises, the hydraulic pump runs at high speed. If there is a problem with the gears or bearings of the hydraulic pump, the pressure of the hydraulic system will change regularly, which will also cause the hydraulic system to resonate and produce noise.
4, hydraulic lift safety valve can also produce high noise. When there is air in the hydraulic oil, the relief valve is stuck or severely worn, and the fatigue deformation of the safety valve spring leads to the instability of the safety valve. When the pressure relief time is too short, it is easy to make the performance of the pilot valve of the safety valve. Partial stability leads to noise caused by air vibration in the pilot valve. 5. When the hydraulic oil is insufficient, the hydraulic pump will produce suction phenomenon, causing air to enter the hydraulic oil, and it will also produce high noise.
Third, the movement, AC contactor or electromagnetic reversing valve causes high noise in the lifting column
1. The main reasons for the high noise of the movement are: the rotor of the movement is bent, severely worn or the bearing is damaged, resulting in the movement broom and noise; the movement is not firmly fixed. It also causes vibration and produces high noise.
2. The solenoid valve of the electromagnetic reversing valve is not firmly fixed, and the frequent separation and suction of the armature will also produce high noise.
3, AC contactor will also produce high noise. When the power supply voltage is lower than 85% of the rated voltage, the short-circuit ring of the E-shaped iron core of the contactor is broken, the contact surface of the yoke and the armature is skewed, the contact of dust or rust is not good, and the contactor will produce "buzz". Noise.
The vibration and noise of the lifting column can be found through repeated test machines.
