The installation steps of movable lifting column are roughly divided into: investigation site → equipment positioning → safety protection → foundation excavation → foundation fabrication → reinforcement welding → concrete backfilling → pavement restoration
(1) Survey site: It is necessary to understand various conditions in the construction of the site, underground pipelines, etc.
(2) Equipment positioning: Determine the barricade installation location according to the actual needs of the site.
(3) Safety protection: use fences and other facilities to surround and isolate the construction area, and prevent warning signs in front of the intersection to prevent pedestrians and vehicles from entering the construction area to ensure construction safety.
(4) Foundation excavation: use road cutting machine and electric hammer to destroy the original road surface within the slotting range (if the original road surface is floor tiles or stone steps, try not to destroy the original materials to dig out the whole), and use pneumatic pick and shovel to excavate below the ground to a depth of 0.5 meters.
Equipment installation ditch: width: 0.8 m, depth: 0.5 m, length: according to the number of equipment (1-1.2 m from the center of each equipment)
(5) Foundation fabrication: excavate the foundation pit according to the requirements of the drawings, and tamp the bottom. Then, after mixing sand and gravel, pad up from the bottom of the foundation pit to make a 300mm seepage layer. The seepage layer is paved and tamp to prevent the equipment from sinking (30-50cm gravel is selected, and sand is not allowed.)
(6) Steel bar welding link: it shall be reconfirmed that the embedded barrel is perpendicular to the road surface and divided equally. After the top of the embedded barrel is horizontal to the road surface, the steel bar cage shall be bound and welded and fixed with the equipment (the diameter of the binding steel bar shall be ≥ 8mm, the horizontal and vertical interval of the binding steel bar shall be 200mm, the bottom of the vertical steel bar shall be bent horizontally 40mm, and there shall be no less than 4 ground anchors between the steel bar and the column.
(7) Concrete backfilling: After the lifting column is fixed, concrete with a thickness of 200mm shall be poured around the box body, which shall be vibrated and enriched during concrete pouring (cement grade 425, gravel 6, pit sand, concrete grade C30).
(8) Pavement restoration treatment: the original pavement materials shall be used for restoration. Can also use concrete pouring to the ground, can be treated.
