1 The quality of the movement, especially the quality of its core drive.

After the analysis of finite element mechanical simulation, our research shows that the material is comparable to stainless steel in terms of impact strength, and has lighter weight, stronger anti-corrosion ability, better surface coating adhesion, and simpler Coating process. This is why the automotive industry is gradually adopting all-aluminum bodies.
B) The material of the ground flange and panel is ductile iron. Ductile iron has a variety of grades, the appropriate grade can have toughness and rigidity. As the main force structure of the entire lifting column, it needs to withstand 3-4 times the impact force that the column can withstand when it is hit, and it cannot be deformed or broken. In addition, during the casting process, the surface of cast iron can form a variety of anti-slip textures and unique mechanical structures. So you will find that almost all road manhole covers are made of ductile iron. If hot-rolled steel plate is used, although it has better toughness and lower cost, it has poor rigidity and weaker bearing capacity than ductile iron. Ground flanges and panels should not be made of stainless steel because of their low strength and poor anti-skid ability. Some manufacturers of stainless steel propaganda has misled many users, leading them to have a preference for stainless steel. Because the stainless steel material is soft, the processing threshold is low, and it has a good visual effect.
