Why does the electric lifting column motor have a winding short circuit?
Because the motor current is too large, the power supply voltage changes too large, single-phase operation, mechanical damage, poor production and other causes of insulation damage, sub-winding inter-turn short circuit, winding inter-pole short circuit and winding inter-phase short circuit.
Inspection method
(1) External observation method. Observe whether the junction box and winding ends are burnt or not. After the winding is overheated, it will leave dark brown and smelly.
(2) Temperature detection method. No-load operation for 20 minutes (the invention should be stopped immediately when abnormal), with the back of the hand to touch each part of the winding is more than the normal temperature.
(3) power experiment method. Ammeter measurement, if a phase current is too large, indicating that the phase has a short circuit.
(4) Bridge inspection. Measure the DC resistance of each winding. Generally, the difference should not exceed 5%. If it exceeds, the phase with small resistance will have short circuit fault.
(5) short circuit reconnaissance method. If the winding under test is short-circuited, the steel sheet will vibrate.
(6) multimeter or megohmmeter method. Measure the insulation resistance between any two-phase winding. If the reading is extremely small or zero, it indicates that there is a short circuit between the two-phase winding.
(7) voltage drop method. After connecting the three windings in series, low-voltage safe alternating current is connected, and the group with small reading is measured to have short circuit fault.
(8) Current method. No-load operation of the motor, the first measurement of three-phase current, in the exchange of two-phase measurement and comparison, if not with the power exchange and change, the larger current of a phase winding short circuit.
Processing method
(1) The short circuit point is at the end. Short-circuit points can be separated by insulating materials, or insulated wires can be re-wrapped and re-painted and re-dried.
(2) short circuit in the trunking. After softening it, find out the short circuit point and repair it, put it into the trunking again, and then paint and dry it.
(3) For windings of each phase with short-circuit turns less than 1/12, all short-circuit turns shall be cut off when the number of turns is connected in series, and the conduction parts shall be connected to form a closed loop for emergency use.
(4) When the number of turns at the short-circuit point of the winding exceeds 1/12, it shall be completely removed and rewound.
