Precautions for installation of electric lifting column:
1. When installing, first embed the embedded column to the position where the device is required, and pay attention to whether the above-ground elevation of the embedded column is horizontal (the column height is 840mm). The base interval between columns is advocated not to exceed 1.5m.
2. When wiring, first determine the orientation of the hydraulic station and the control box, and embed each 2 × 2cm (oil pipe) between the column and the hydraulic station; The hydraulic station and the control box have two sets of lines, one is 2 × 0.6 ㎡ (signal line), the other is 3 × 2 ㎡(380V control line); The control input voltage is 380V.

1. Foundation digging: Dig a square groove (750mm * long * 750mm * wide * 1000mm deep) at the vehicle revenue and expenditure road entrance designated by the user to put some of the columns.
2. 3. Drainage method:

Installation and commissioning:
1. Installation of foundation
The column device is at the user-specified vehicle revenue and expenditure road entrance. According to the actual situation of the site, the hydraulic station is installed in the appropriate position for operation and maintenance, and as close to the rack as possible (both inside and inside the duty room). The control box is placed in a place that is easy to control and operate (around the operator's desk on duty) according to the customer's request.
2. Pipeline connection
(1) The hydraulic station is equipped with pipelines within 5 meters when it leaves the factory, and some beyond need other charges. After the device orientation of the column and hydraulic station is determined (how long the oil pipe needs can be known), when foundation excavation is carried out, the trench direction of the hydraulic pipeline and control line shall be considered according to the terrain of the device, and the pipeline shall be buried safely under the condition that the pipeline does not damage other underground equipment. And in the appropriate position to do a good job of symbols, to avoid other construction work damage to the pipe line, the formation of unnecessary losses.
(3) When the hydraulic pipeline device is used, pay attention to whether the O-ring at the joint is damaged and the O-ring device is accurate.
(4) Threading pipe (PVC pipe) maintenance shall be added when operating the line device, and the best oil pipe (PVC pipe) maintenance shall be added.
