The electric lifting column belongs to the equipment for controlling the passage of vehicles, and can be used together with the gate control system, or can be used alone. It is composed of the bottom base, lifting and blocking barricade, power transmission device, control and other parts. Precautions for installation of electric lifting column:
1. When installing, first embed the embedded column to the position where the device is required, and pay attention to whether the above-ground elevation of the embedded column is horizontal (the column height is 840mm). The base interval between columns is advocated not to exceed 1.5m.
2. When wiring, first determine the orientation of the hydraulic station and the control box, and embed each 2 × 2cm (oil pipe) between the column and the hydraulic station; The hydraulic station and the control box have two sets of lines, one is 2 × 0.6 ㎡ (signal line), the other is 3 × 2 ㎡(380V control line); The control input voltage is 380V.

1. Foundation digging: Dig a square groove (750mm * long * 750mm * wide * 1000mm deep) at the vehicle revenue and expenditure road entrance designated by the user to put some of the columns.
2. Fill 160mm high concrete at the bottom of the tank, with high horizontal level accuracy requirements (the bottom of the lifting column frame can touch all the faces of the concrete below, and then all the columns can be stressed), and leave a small drainage ditch (50mm wide * 50mm deep) at the center of the lower part of the tank for drainage.
3. Drainage method:
A, choose artificial drainage or electric pumping form, need to dig a small pool near the column, regular manual and electric drainage.
B, the selection of natural drainage form, directly connected to the sewer.
