4. Emergency measures in case of emergency of hydraulic lifting column When the equipment is in a raised state and the power grid is cut off, the control system of the distribution box starts imnormally due to power failure. The distribution box is equipped with a 12V lead-acid battery. In order not to affect the normal passage of the vehicle, always press the pressure relief combination button-the down button and the stop button on the box are pressed at the same time. If the column does not move or slides down for a while, You can apply downward pressure until the column drops to the ground level.
5. Daily Precautions for Hydraulic Lifting Column
(1) Avoid frequent lifting in a short time, otherwise it will cause the motor to heat up and cause damage to the motor.
(2) Pay attention to pedestrians during the ascending operation to avoid harm.
(3) When the column is not working properly, the rise and fall are completed, press the stop button once, and the electrical components are damaged and cannot be stopped, causing the motor to burn.
(4) In the process of use, if it is found that individual lifting columns are much higher than other columns, press the stop button and observe whether the motor is still working. When it is confirmed that the motor has stopped running, contact the manufacturer in time. (5) It is strictly forbidden to fill the gap around the column with sediment and sundries, so as not to affect the normal lifting of the column.
(6) It is strictly prohibited to carve on the surface of the column, causing column damage.
3. installation and commissioning requirements
1. Digging foundation potholes: digging foundation pits according to the overall dimensions of the product, and foundation pit dimensions: length: dimensions according to the road conditions on site; Width: 600 --- 800mm;:1400mm (including 300mm seepage layer).
2. Make a seepage layer: after mixing sand and gravel, make a 300mm seepage layer from the bottom of the foundation pit upward. The seepage layer is paved, compacted and the equipment sags. (If the conditions are available, gravel below 10mm can be selected instead of sand.) According to the different circumstances of the region to choose whether to do drainage.
3. Unload the outer barrel of the product for leveling: unload the outer barrel of the product with hexagon socket, place it on the seepage layer, adjust the levelness of the outer barrel, make the upper surface of the outer barrel slightly higher than the ground plane by 3~5mm, and weld and reinforce the circumference of the outer barrel with steel bars and tilt.
4. Embedded pipe: embedded pipe threading pipe according to the position of outlet hole reserved on the surface of outer barrel. The diameter of the threading pipe is based on the number of lifting columns. Under normal circumstances, each lifting column requires a 3*1.5 power cord and a 2*0.75 pressure relief solenoid valve control line. If there is a lamp belt, if there is another 2*0.5 power cord, the specific use should be based on the needs of customers and the different power distribution, before construction. 5. Debugging: Connect the circuit to the equipment, carry out ascending and descending operations, observe the ascending and descending conditions of the equipment, adjust the lifting of the equipment, and check whether the equipment leaks oil. 6. Fixing equipment and pouring: Put the equipment into the pit, backfill a proper amount of sand, fix the equipment with stones, and then pour slowly and evenly with C40 concrete until it is level with the upper surface of the equipment.
