Under normal circumstances, the lifting column is mainly to prevent the forced passage of cars, and it is also necessary to allow pedestrians and electric vehicles to pass better. It is generally believed in the industry that the spacing between the lifting column and the center point of the lifting column is controlled below 1.4M. If there are other requirements, the installation spacing of the lifting column can be appropriately reduced.
The following is the lifting column installation method:
1. Excavation of foundation pit
Width of foundation pit: 500mm
Depth of foundation pit: 1200mm
The length of the foundation pit is determined according to the actual intersection and the number of pillars.
2. Laying bottom datum plane
Bricks are laid at the bottom of the foundation pit.
Masonry layer thickness 200mm
Note: The masonry layer shall be flat and shall not be inclined.
3. Laying drainage (I)
Drainage channels are made of bricks on pre-laid gravel.
Drainage channel width: 100mm
Height: 100mm
Note: Bricks on both sides of the drainage channel shall be laid flat without inclination angle. The bottom of the drainage channel should be inclined to facilitate drainage.
Laying drainage (II)
According to the number of lifting columns, build a layer above the drainage channel and cover the drainage channel to avoid filling the drainage channel when pouring cement.
4. Place the lifting column
After the drainage channel is completed, put the lifting column in turn according to the plan, and adjust the horizontal angle to ensure that the lifting column is flush with the road surface (more important).
Note: When placing the lifting column, the reserved wires should be oriented uniformly. Equipment drain holes shall be aligned with the drain.
5. Fixed equipment
After ensuring that the equipment is level with the ground, fill in a small amount of cement to fix the equipment.
Note: during the process of fixing the equipment, remember to ensure that the equipment is not tilted due to shifting. The amount of cement filled shall be subject to the ability to fix the equipment, and there is no standard amount.
6. Equipment Wiring
The TV line uses RVV3 * 2.5 gauge wire, and the LED warning light uses 4*1.5 gauge wire. After connecting the line, plug the PVC pipe into the control box.
Note: PVC pipe should not be glued until the power test is successful.
7. Wiring of control box
The motor lines are respectively connected to the positive and negative lines of the motor and the common line. The LED lamp group is connected to the positive and negative lines of the lamp group.
Note: Do not connect the reverse motor line, otherwise it will cause the lifting column to rise and fall in the opposite direction to the remote control.
8. Debugging
After the control box is connected, power-on test is carried out to ensure that the lifting is normal, and the rising and falling directions are the same as those of the remote controller.
Note: If the direction of lifting is different from that of the remote controller, the motor line is connected reversely, and the motor line in the control box can be replaced.
9. Backfill rammed earth
After the equipment debugging is correct, fill in the sand and tamp it, leaving a distance of 200mm with the ground.
Note: during compaction, ensure that the equipment is parallel to the ground.
10. Pave the ground
Ensure that the lifting column is parallel to the ground, so that the cement can be poured on the rammed soil layer, flush with the ground, and restore the road surface.
Note: To prevent cement from splashing into the top of the lifting column, cover the top of the lifting column with plastic film. After pouring, cut the film with a knife.
