1, barrier machine manufacturer technician to determine the installation position
1) Determine the installation location of the barrier machine and check the installation location. Please replace the installation location for obstacles that cannot be eliminated such as optical cables and drainage pipes under the ground.
2) measure the scope of the trench to be excavated, determine the depth, length and width of the trench, plan the placement of the roadblock machine, the placement of the hydraulic station, and the location of the pumping well.
2. After the position is determined, the slotting work shall be carried out.
1) The slotting size of the installation position of the roadblock machine is: 6 meters long * 1.7 meters wide * 1.1 meters deep
2) Production method of drainage well:
1. Directly channel water to municipal drainage ditch;
2. Dig a 0.6-meter-long * 1.0-meter-wide * 1.2-meter-deep foundation pit beside the road barrier machine and configure a 1.2-meter-long and 400-mm-diameter corrugated pipe as a water collecting well and a small sewage pump.
3) Manufacturing method of hydraulic workstation:
Because the hydraulic workstation and the barrier machine are connected by hydraulic pipes, the hydraulic station cannot be too far away from the barrier machine. It is recommended that the distance between the hydraulic station and the barrier machine be within 2 meters. The size of the foundation pit of the hydraulic station is: 0.8 m long * 0.7 m wide * 0.7 m high; The position can be selected in front, rear, right and left of the barrier machine, and the position needs to be determined according to the site environment.
Note: The location of the hydraulic station of the roadblock machine needs to be explained to the sales staff in advance, otherwise it will cause a shortage of tubing and cannot complete the installation.
3. Production of catchpit
The water collecting well can be dug 0.6 meters more beside the barrier machine to make the water collecting well. The depth of 1.2 meters is appropriate.
4. Bottom hardening treatment, reinforced structure
After the foundation pit is dug to a depth of 0.96 meters, a 30CM hardened layer needs to be made on the Z bottom layer to support the barrier machine from sinking due to load-bearing. The hardened layer needs to be made with 12 ф steel bars and concrete pouring.
Note: In the process of making the hardened layer, it is recommended to reserve the supporting angle hole of the barrier machine with bricks, and the hole size is 20Cm * long * 20CM * wide * 20CM high. The distance between the supporting feet is 2.2 meters.
5. Hardened surface open drainage channel, inclined surface, PVC pipe drainage
After the hardened layer is completed, a drainage channel needs to be made on the surface of the hardened layer. The drainage channel needs to be made into an inclined surface with the lowest end at the position of the catchment well. It is recommended to divide the PVC pipe into two parts and use half of the PVC pipe as the water diversion pipe.
6. Hydraulic station, oil pipe and control circuit
The length of the standard hydraulic pipe is 2 meters. Pay attention to the identification of the pipe head when connecting the hydraulic pipe. The oil inlet and outlet shall not be connected in reverse. They must be connected correctly, otherwise the hydraulic station will fail. If it is not clear how to take over, please contact the manufacturer's technical personnel in time. The power supply of the control box and the hydraulic station is 380V power supply. There are 380V, 220V, 12V and connection terminals in the control box respectively. If there is any unclear connection, please contact the manufacturer in time. The wiring must be connected to the tube, and the exposed wire is strictly prohibited.
7. Equipment commissioning
After connecting the hydraulic pipe and equipment power supply according to the guidelines, it is necessary to power on the test first, and then backfill after the test is normal. If the test equipment does not respond after power on, please contact the manufacturer in time, and do not disassemble the equipment and parts without permission. Product protection measures shall be taken on the equipment surface during backfilling to prevent damage to the equipment surface.
