The whole barrier machine is composed of three parts: mechanical part, electric control system and hydraulic pump station.
1, barrier machine wholesale machinery part:
The barrier machine is mainly composed of a turnover body or a lifting body and a machine base (anti-collision teeth can be installed according to customer needs). The whole machine is a steel structure, made of 16mm A3 steel plate and channel steel welding, with high strength load-bearing and anti-collision ability; there is no electrical appliance and line setting in the machine body, which is waterproof and safe. The device is buried in the driveway or at the designated position of the gate.
2. Hydraulic pump station:
The hydraulic transmission station is mainly composed of an oil tank, a full set of hydraulic solenoid valves, a high-power motor, an oil pump, an oil cylinder, a high-pressure hydraulic oil pipe, etc. It is the power source of the entire roadblock system. The device is installed on the side of the roadblock machine and is used in conjunction with the roadblock machine (the rising and falling speed can be changed through the regulating valve).
3, barrier machine installation electronic control system:
Automatic electronic control part: control the precision starting time setting of the main board, leakage switch, contactor, etc. (the impact force generated after the anti-cylinder stroke is in place increases the service life of the cylinder).
Controller: including control box, remote control, manual buttons, etc. are controlled and used by the personnel on duty.
