What is the principle of electric lifting column?
1. The hydraulic oil is formed by the vane pump under a certain pressure. The oil filter, explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, and balance valve enter the lower end of the liquid cylinder to make the liquid cylinder piston move upward and lift. The oil return at the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder is returned to the oil tank through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, the rated pressure is adjusted through the overflow valve, and the reading of the pressure gauge is observed through the pressure gauge.
2. The cylinder piston moves downward, the hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the liquid cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the oil returned to the oil tank returns to the oil tank through the balance valve, the hydraulic control one-way valve, the throttle valve, and the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. The brake is safe and reliable. A balance valve and a balance circuit are set on the oil return channel to maintain the pressure so that the weight does not change the descending speed. The flow rate is adjusted through the throttle valve controls the lifting speed.
3. In order to make the brake safe and reliable and prevent accidents, increase the hydraulic control check valve, that is, the hydraulic lock, to ensure the safety of the hydraulic pipeline when the accidental burst self-locking, install the overload voice alarm to distinguish the overload or equipment failure. The electronic control system controls the rotation of the motor through the explosion-proof button, reverses the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, keeps the load up and down, and adjusts the delay amount through the program to avoid the frequent start of the motor, the inflexible lifting and the phenomenon of machine jam.
