Pre-sales service
Pre-sales service refers to the services provided by our company from the establishment of the project by the owner and user to the signing of the project contract, including:
4.1: to provide products more advanced, reasonable and mature system structure;
4.2: considering the sustainable development of product system;
4.3: Clear reasonable system device requirements;
4.4: Provide targeted design and system quotation.
Service in Sale
The service in sale refers to the completion acceptance from the signing of the contract between Party A and Party B. The services provided by our company include:
5.1: cooperate with the construction party to organize the plan;
5.2: establish the construction, installation, commissioning and acceptance files of the construction project;
5.3: System training for users.
After-sales service
6.1.1. For each system products will be implemented 2 years quality assurance service and permanent warranty service.
6.1.2. The maintenance period shall be 2 years from the date of final acceptance of the project, covering all the equipment provided by our company.
6.1.3. provide archiving management services for the systems you have installed;
6.1.4. In order to better serve you, we will establish the maintenance files of each project for you. Your needs, satisfaction, opinions, suggestions and your approval will be fully reflected in all customer files, making our service more rigorous.
Outside the warranty period, whether it is damage to parts caused by human factors or natural damage, the company only charges a cost fee when replacing or repairing parts. Our company promises to continue to provide lifelong maintenance for the equipment sold outside the warranty period.
